Al Franken, Ed Markey, and a few other intelligent members of Congress have spoken up about this issue. If you’re not familiar with the issue, you need to be. And if you are already familiar with the issue, this could be a handy refresher for explaining it to noobs whose eyes glaze over when they hear the term, thinking it won’t effect them. It will.
